I stumbled upon this ginger syrup this morning while reading this lovely Design Sponge post about 2 hip Brooklynites that make their own carefully crafted ginger syrup.  Me, being a ginger syrup maker myself, had to try this and see what all the fuss is about.  Can't wait to taste it!
